Hybrid Home Living(R) was founded by Cheryl King, an EcoBroker in Scottsdale, AZ. Hybrid Home Living(R) offers a “Single Source Resource” for energy efficient living including: home energy evaluations, home improvements, energy efficient mortgages, tax credits and utility company rebates.
What sets us apart from other companies is that we not only provide the “eco roadmap” for energy savings, we also offer contractors and service providers to implement the action plan we have designed to REDUCE your utility bills, ADD value to your home, and INCREASE the interior comfort of your home.
We also offer continuing education classes and coaching services for REALTORS(R) and coaching services for small business owners.
COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Our commercial division specializes in energy management programs for homeowner associations, multi-housing owner/operators and portfolio managers that reduce energy costs for common area expenses and well as individual owners or tenants.
